Hmmm...
I doubt if this one is an issue from our side. As far I can tell, ECONNRESET
means the other side (the remote side) is terminating the connection. But of
course this can be a firewall issue or something that results in the Tor
daemon thinks so.
(I still doubt if it's a firewall issue, though).
