Invalid Tonviewer Link on The Withdrawal Page

Dear OKX Team,

I am writing to inform you that the link to the Tonviewer on the
withdrawal page is invalid.

Recently, I tried to withdraw some funds from my OKX account to an
external wallet in TON network. The OKX withdrawal page provided me with
the following link to the Tonviewer:

   https://tonviewer.com/transaction/OHX/Oq+OfskF/3y6CT/Wgn2D7kCrFrEKJMO2uR0UBN0=

However, when I clicked on the link, I was redirected to a 404 error
page. After reviewing the TX ID format, I realized that the link was
incorrectly formatted. The correct format for a Tonviewer link should be
in hexadecimal format, not in base64 format.

The following small PHP script was used to convert the base64 encoded TX
ID to hexadecimal format:

   <?php
   echo bin2hex(base64_decode("OHX/Oq+OfskF/3y6CT/Wgn2D7kCrFrEKJMO2uR0UBN0="));

Resulting in the following hexadecimal TX ID:

   3875ff3aaf8e7ec905ff7cba093fd6827d83ee40ab16b10a24c3b6b91d1404dd

Plugging this hexadecimal TX ID into the Tonviewer URL, I was able to
view the transaction details successfully:

   https://tonviewer.com/transaction/3875ff3aaf8e7ec905ff7cba093fd6827d83ee40ab16b10a24c3b6b91d1404dd

Please fix the link on the withdrawal page to prevent confusion and
ensure that users can easily access their transaction details.

The faulty link to the blockchain is on the withdrawal page.

The OKX page is:
https://www.okx.com/balance/withdrawal

Note that the faulty TXID is only for any transaction in the TON
network. Please check the attachment in this email. I've attached a
screenshot showing the clickable link on the OKX withdrawal page.

The invalid link happens when there are lot of traffic volume visiting Tonviewer explorer.
(Tonviewer explorer is not an OKX site, if you would like to report their website issue, you may report it to their channel )

Hello, that is not the link in question.

The current links on the OKX withdrawal page are still wrong for all
TON network transactions.

If I open the OKX sites, on the withdrawal pages:

  https://www.okx.com/balance/withdrawal

The transaction links are:

  https://tonviewer.com/transaction/OHX/Oq+OfskF/3y6CT/Wgn2D7kCrFrEKJMO2uR0UBN0=
  https://tonviewer.com/transaction/XIrH554hyZs8CLmqJ0Tu+vPtJ4tJMiX6Dmk6PRaTw/U=

Those are the wrong links because the correct links are:

  https://tonviewer.com/transaction/3875ff3aaf8e7ec905ff7cba093fd6827d83ee40ab16b10a24c3b6b91d1404dd
  https://tonviewer.com/transaction/5c8ac7e79e21c99b3c08b9aa2744eefaf3ed278b493225fa0e693a3d1693c3f5

Note that what you just sent in the email was the 5c8ac7...1693c3f5
and it's not available on the withdrawal page. Instead, it shows the
base64 TXID version XIrH554hyZ...mk6PRaTw/U=.

Please understand that TXID in TON may be represented in two formats:

  1. base64
  2. hexadecimal

Now, OKX appends base64 while the Toviewer requires hexadecimal.

I am not sure where did you get the hexadecimal version. But if I
access it from my own dashboard; it gets the wrong format (base64).

Have you tried to access it via the user dashboard?

It seems the bug only appears in the user dashboard.
