Ketika melakukan pembelian Neo Lite L16.16, pihak Biznet Gio
mengatakan bahwa user mendapatkan lisensi cPanel gratis.
Saya sudah melakukan claim lisensi namun sudah lebih dari 2 minggu
tidak kunjung dapat lisensinya, padahal masa waktu sewa VPS nya cuma 1
bulan, sebentar lagi sudah mau habis.
Status claim di dashboard sampai saat ini masih pending. Saya
mengajukan ganti rugi atas layanan yang tidak diberikan oleh Biznet
Gio.
Silakan Anda hitung sendiri mau ganti ruginya seperti apa.
