Saya Ammar Faizi, sebelumnya saya sudah melaporkan kendala dan
mendapatkan tiket TT101053907. Masalah tersebut sudah berhasil dibenahi
dan tiket sudah ditutup. Solusi dari pihak teknisi kemarin mengganti
VLAN ID yang sebelumnya 374 diubah ke 372 (lokasi saya di Yogyakarta).

Side note:
Perubahan VLAN ID dilakukan dari pusat dan di rumah saya via teknisi
Biznet.


Hari ini masalah yang serupa kembali lagi.
