Apparently, the patch #1 doesn't fit in the lore. NodeJS lock file
is the one of the biggest object in the world!

create mode 100644 package-lock.json
I really want to kill these lock files and add them to the .gitignore,
but Irvan wouldn't be happy with that. So I keep them here.
