Actually all above are not necessary, I plan to remove all in V2 because
data can be passed via arena map easily & efficiently, and all kinds of
buffer(plain user, fixed, vectored, fixed vectored) handing can leave to
kfunc.

It could be one mess for uring_cmd which should focus on in-tree kernel
users, not see obvious benefit, IMO.
