[PATCH] io_uring: convert accept4() -ERESTARTSYS into -EINTR

If we cancel a pending accept operating with a signal, we get
-ERESTARTSYS returned. Turn that into -EINTR for userspace, we should
not be return -ERESTARTSYS.
