Saya Ammar Faizi pelanggan Biznet Home 3C. Saya ingin melaporkan keluhan
yang sangat serius terhadap Biznet Home.

Saya sudah menghubungi customer service berkali-bali namun tidak pernah
dapat solusi yang nyata. Instruksi dari customer service hanya disuruh
menunggu dan dicoba kembali. Namun sampai sekarang masih bermasalah.
Saya sudah sangat bosan menghubungi customer service Biznet.

Masalah:
1. Jaringan sering bermasalah sejak Mei. Latency test dengan ping ke
Singapore sangat tinggi. Saya sudah membaca kabar tentang masalah  link
internasional yang diumumkan, namun sekarang notifikasi itu sudah hilang
dari website (saya asumsikan itu sudah fix). Tapi ditempat saya masih
sangat sering bermasalah.

Saya cek di 2 situs ini juga tidak ada notifikasi apa-apa:

2. IPv6 Biznet Home sering tidak bisa dipakai. Seringkali juga tidak
mendapatkan IPv6 ketika connect PPPoE. Sekalipun dapat hampir selalu
tidak bisa dipakai.

Side note: Kadang yang bisa dipakai hanya yang ber-CIDR /128 saja. Yang
dialokasikan ke banyak device dari prefix delegation /64 tidak bisa
dipakai sama sekali.

3. Tidak bisa mengakses banyak situs via HTTPS.

Terdapat banyak sekali situs yang timeout ketika diakses via HTTPS,
namun beberapa dari situs-situs tersebut bisa diakses via HTTP.

Contoh via HTTP bisa diakses:
http://github.githubassets.com/images/modules/profile/achievements/pair-extraordinaire-default.png

Tapi jika via HTTPS akan timeout:
https://github.githubassets.com/images/modules/profile/achievements/pair-extraordinaire-default.png

HTTP (kebanyakan HTTP page hanya redirect ke HTTPS, jadi sama saja tidak
bisa dipakai):

 - https://avatars.githubusercontent.com
 - https://bri.co.id
 - https://www.digicert.com
 - https://www.trustico.com
 - https://www.nytimes.com

 - https://news.yahoo.com
 - https://yahoo.com
 - https://americanfootballdatabase.fandom.com
 - https://www.cnn.com
 - masih banyak situs lainnya yang tidak saya sebutkan...

Note: Situs-situs itu tidak bisa diakses via HTTPS, tapi jika via HTTP
bisa diakses dan kebanyakan hanya akan diredirect ke HTTPS dari HTTP.

( Ini bukan hanya masalah link internasional, tapi link dalam negeri juga kena ).

Bank BCA menggunakan IP di subnet 202.6.208.0/20 dari ISP PT Angkasa
Komunikasi Global Utama. Semua service di subnet itu tidak bisa diakses
via Biznet Home. Mulai dari web hingga aplikasi mobile.

Keluhan yang juga disampaikan oleh user Biznet Home lain (Michael
William Jonathan) di CC list email ini.

Untuk Bank BCA, HTTP dan HTTPS tidak bisa diakses semua:
