Follow up dari saya dengan ticket ID TT101053907. Teknisi sudah datang 
ke rumah saya siang ini. Namun masalah belum terselesaikan. Teknisi 
mengalami kendala saat testing di rumah saya juga. Sekarang teknisinya 
sudah pulang. 
 
Pihak NOC Biznet ada tanggapan masalah ini tidak?
