Selamat malam,

Malam ini masalah yang sama terulang kembali. Situs internet banking
dan mobile banking BCA semuanya tidak bisa diakses dari jaringan
Biznet.

Ini bukan server bank BCA yang down, karena sudah terbukti bisa
diakses dari ISP lain di waktu yang sama.

Mau sampai kapan begini terus? Tolong lebih transparan dalam
memberikan update. Apa yang sebenarnya terjadi dan perbaikan apa yang
dilakukan di sisi Biznet?

Saya meminta penjelasan teknikal tentang masalah ini.

Hasil testing malam ini menggunakan berbagai macam ISP:

  - Tidak bisa diakses dari Biznet Home (IPv4 Biznet yang mengakses: 182.253.126.105).

  - Bisa diakses dari mobile data Telkomsel.

  - Bisa diakses dari mobile data Indosat.

  - Bisa diakses dari ISP DigitalOcean Singapore.
