Selamat sore Pak, 



Melanjutkan pertemuan sebelumnya, terkait dengan kendala akses ke m-banking BCA.



Mohon kiranya dapat dilakukan pengecekan dari segment jaringan Internal Bapak Ammar, dimana sesuai hasil monitoring kami untuk IP address yang Bapak gunakan beberapa kali terblok di sisi RBL.



Kami takutkan kendala yang dirasakan karena adanya penerapan policy dari sisi server tujuan terkait dengan reputasi IP dalam pengaksesannya.



Untuk meminimalisir kendala serupa, mungkin dapat dilakukan pengecekan dengan menggunakan Antivirus terupdate, untuk memastikan aktifitas yang menjadi indikasi pengeblokan di RBL.


Jika kami cek saat ini untuk koneksi Bapak menggunakan IP 182.253.183.234 dan masih masuk dalam list RBL, berikut detailnya :
